For multiple reasons, we have decided to limit our participation in insurance programs. We are currently in-network with the following insurance companies:

Cigna Behavioral Health

Mental Health Net (MHN)

Aetna

United Behavioral Health 

We are out-of-network with all other insurance companies. Please check with your insurance company regarding your benefits. We will file your insurance for you if you are in-network. You are responsible for your co-pay. If you are out-of-network, we will file your insurance for you, but you will be responsible for the full fee for service at each session.

Please do not allow being out-of-network to prevent you from contacting me. I can assure you that my fees are reasonable, and I will work out a payment plan with you should you choose to receive counseling services from me.

For our Self-Pay and Out-Of-Network clients, our fee schedule is as follows:

Initial Session -- $ 95.00
Follow-Up Sessions -- $ 85.00
Six (6) Session Package -- $ 450.00 paid in full, in advance
